1. Independent Contractor Status
You acknowledge and agree that:
NeighborCircle does not supervise, direct, or control the manner or means by which you provide services.
2. No Employment Relationship

If you offer ride or transportation services, you represent that:

You are solely responsible for safe vehicle operation.

NeighborCircle does not provide auto, health, or liability insurance coverage for your activities.
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that providing in-person services involves inherent risks, including:
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with providing services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NeighborCircle and its officers, directors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your services, conduct, negligence, violation of law, or breach of this Agreement.
9. No Guarantee of Requests
NeighborCircle does not guarantee minimum earnings, service requests, user demand, or payment collection. All arrangements are between users.
